Refund Policy:

The Condor Coach Certification Program: The Participant may request a refund within 72 hours of signing up. After this time, no refunds will be issued. The Company reserves the right to deny a refund request at its discretion.
The Condor Approach Live Events, Workshops and Private Coaching: There are NO refunds for The Condor Approach events, products or services. You may transfer the payment to another event, workshop, training, or other offering from Bio Integration Solutions should you not be able to attend the event or training you have registered for.
The Condor Approach Live Lodging: There are NO refunds for the purchase of lodging for a TCA Live Event. You may transfer the payment to another product or service from Bio Integration Solutions. You may also transfer your lodging option to another participant. Contact Kari (team@condorapproach.com) if you have someone interested in taking your accommodations.

To request a refund, or if you have questions about the policy, please contact our customer service team at team@condorcoach.com. Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days of receipt of your request.
